2016 has seen us cover a number of Dorset weddings as Sherborne Castle wedding photographers.
This historic setting and family home reflects over 400 years of English History. Built by Sir Walter Raleigh in 1594, with sweeping landscapes designed by Capability Brown.
A 50 acres lake. planted with magnificent specimen trees providing an abundance of stunning back drops. A classic setting to hold your Dorset wedding.
The castle has two rooms licensed to hold ceremonies. One being the Tudor Entrance Hall, the other being Sir Walter Raleigh’s original front parlour. An alternative ceremony location is the 18th century Orangery.
Marquees can be erected to cater for large weddings, taking advantage of the abundant outside space and setting.
Sherborne Castle Wedding Photographers
Being familiar with the setting is a distinct advantage is being able to work quickly and advise on the best locations for bridal portraits. Our priority is to keep you in the moment, experiencing and living the day. Distinctive and memorable portraits utilising photographic vantage points being taken at opportune moments.
We love the quality of light, working within the Orangery. With so much glass and light stone work, its a great setting to hold a wedding ceremony. A multi functional space that works for every month, no matter the British weather.
Documenting unique weddings at such stunning locations, propels us forward within our Internationally award winning work as a Dorset Wedding Photographer.
