It was a pleasure to be Louise & Matt’s Highcliffe Wedding Photographers earlier this summer.
A day that was blessed with great weather to enjoy this stunning setting to the maximum.
We had all been on tender hooks all watching the weather forecast prior to the weekend, with storm downpours forecast either side of their day. Luckily for them (and us), the predictions were accurate with their day having clear skies and summer sun.
We were able to enjoy the surrounding spaces in and around the Highcliffe Castle setting, the beach along with the nearby hotel reception.
Their Photofilm above, gives you a real sense of their day. Capturing the wedding ceremony, the vows being exchanged and of course, some of the highlights that were exchanged during the wedding breakfast speeches.
Highcliffe Castle is a great venue to work in, having a beautiful setting both the grounds, as well as the light and spacious ceremony hall. Great light to work with as well as a great couple.
We had the time to walk the grounds, down to the sandy beach, for a few natural portraits before setting off to Eastclose Hotel to rejoin the family and guests.
It was a really relaxed, fun filled day with some great emotional moments being captured.
Louise & Matt were a great couple to work with. Naturally letting the day flow, enjoying time with their guests as well as taking time with each other to venture off for a few precious moments for portraits here and there.
Thanks to Chris for capturing the day so well, through great narrative and some wonderful portraits.
