Andy & Delphine’s Dorset Wedding at Bennetts water gardens was a last minute booking. A strange turn of events leading to being recommended by the venues owners, who I had only just met the week before whilst photographing their nephew’s wedding.
But what a stroke of luck it was, in meeting such a wonderful couple and having the honour in capturing the moments & memories of their day in such a glorious Dorset wedding venue. Bennetts water gardens is a beautiful setting within which to hold your wedding, being set over 8 acres the gardens have a wonderful collection of linking pools housing an awesome collection of acquatic lilies.
The bridal entrance at this venue is amazing with the first sight of the bride being as she appears across the distant pools, from behind the Monet bridge. As she approaches the Imperial gazebo and her awaiting groom, if the weather is calm, an ice cool reflection can be seen cast across the waters – and at this wedding the weather was just perfect!
