Athelhampton House Wedding Photographer
A stunning venue and one that we are very much at home working within as Athelhampton House wedding photographers.
It’s also a place that stands out from the crowd. Unique and historic, its one of a kind. Its beauty is appealing, yet the bigger attraction for me working there is its reputation. The way it stands apart with an amazing team of staff working behind the scenes.
They do not need to overtly promote themselves looking for couples wanting to hold their wedding there. There is nothing comparable in Dorset or the rest of the country for that matter. So no need for wedding fairs or rigorous advertising. The service they deliver is second to none, assisting couples to celebrate their wedding day, being flexible and amenable.
If I had my choice of being an invited regular face at any venue, being an Athelhampton House Wedding Photographer would be top of my list. As things turn out, Athelhampton House has turned out to be one of our regular venues since first working their nearly 10 years ago!
Athelhampton House Wedding Photographers
We have covered numerous weddings at this distinctive Dorset wedding venue, through all seasons of the year. With each season brings new opportunity and photographic creativity, whether it be utilising the summer colours or winter structure of the Grade 1 listed gardens.
Athelhampton House Wedding Photographers and Videographers
All seasons bring beauty within the landscaped gardens of Athelhampton House from the pyramid yew tree garden to the beautiful Tudor Manor House.
Substantial grounds surround the wedding venue with varying garden design themes, river walks and ancient dovecotes. Strongly lending to numerous photographic opportunity, along with space for family and guests to explore an enjoy.
As an Athelhampton House Wedding Photographer, I’ve always found photographic inspiration in every direction I should turn. Even when you take to the air, this place looks amazing – having flown our drone here several times, the aerial videography is epic.
The aspect I love when working here, is that everything is so close. The gardens are compact, yet cleverly designed to give a feeling of privacy. When you go on a couples shoot you dont need to walk far, nor do you need to spend much time before a selection of shots are done and dusted – then it’s time to head back to the party!
It’s a relaxing place in which to work, allowing brides and grooms to freely roam, catching stunning portraits as and when they present.
Documenting unique weddings at such stunning locations, propels us forward within our Internationally award winning work as a Dorset Wedding Photographer.
Couples wishing to hire the venue exclusively should contact Owen or Laura for further information. Even if you are restricted by budget, they can often accommodate mid week or off season dates that may be of interest.
