Hi ! I’m Linus, a Dorset based Wedding Photographer covering weddings throughout the UK and Europe.
My extensive experience and intuitive approach to Wedding Photography enables me to stand out from the ever competitive wedding photography market. I love Wedding Photography and I look forward to creating for you, a visual record that encapsulates both truth and feeling.
I get a real buzz from creating books of memories that bring you back time and time again to that moment. Whether it be 5 or 50 years from now, I want each image to make you feel like it was yesterday.
Taking my inspiration from classic contemporaries such as Jeff Ascough and Joe Buissink I love to photograph weddings in a documentary / reportage style, as it naturally unfolds without any undue influence.
I live in Weymouth on the world renowned Jurassic Coast with my beautiful partner Moni and our two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
Training & Experience
I have been a professional photographer for over 16 years. I studied photography at art college in Salisbury and whilst still at college began taking commissions from music publications such as Melody Maker, New Musical Express and Select magazine.
After qualifying I worked for the Ministry of Defence in Whitehall, and then became freelance for the Fleet Street titles. It was here that I found myself undertaking commissions for the worlds largest newspaper at the time and I lived and worked by the saying ” You are only as good as your last job”.
Four years ago I took up another challenge and relocated to Sofia, Bulgaria. It was here I started my own news and features agency supplying specialist content to the UK market.
Family commitments however drew me back to the UK at the end of 2009 and I am now based in Weymouth, Dorset.
Whilst some Wedding Photographers offer a photojournalism or reportage style of Documentary Wedding Photography, not all of them have the credentials to back it up.
I have the background, successful track record and the invaluable experience of covering demanding assignments all over the world. I have worked in a multitude of different environments whilst keeping to tight deadlines and have consistently delivered superb Photography.

My dramatic eye-catching images have appeared on many front pages and my natural eye for detail has taken me to the top of my profession.
I am a member of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers – a UK governing body for wedding photographers.
