It is one of the finest Castle backdrops in the country, with which to create stunning wedding photography. Set within beautiful grounds the castle delivers breathtaking photo opportunities. Even if you should be unlucky with the weather the venue has a tremendous added bonus, being the perfect interior wedding venue.
In 1929 the Castle was almost destroyed by fire but with its subsequent restoration its floors were consolidated. This leaves a beautiful open interior of stonework that is bathed in crisp light on even the most inclement days that our British weather system can deliver.
